Exploring your market

Our first step is to give you a macro view of mobile technology in your market. We investigate the latest trends in mobile voice and data, emerging technologies and applications - including potential pitfalls - and how they apply to your industry.

We'll then give you a written set of recommendations that will specify where mobilisation would be most effective. This is a detailed analysis of opportunities and the solutions to deliver them. It will include a business case, timelines, costs, potential risks, required resources and an impact assessment.

Proving it works

Once we have defined a recommended solution, in order to minimise risk, we implement a managed, technically supported trial of it.

This allows us to demonstrate and comprehensively test the application prior to roll out and a large scale implementation.

We then perform a return on investment analysis, which can be included in a business case, before we make our final recommendations.

Deploying it right

Once the solution has been proved, we develop plans to launch it quickly and cost-effectively. Our project managers have the in-depth experience needed to implement voice and data solutions with a minimum of hassle and fuss.

We also design and create training for your staff who will be using the solution. Whether it's about detailed email server design, operation, configuration, updates or end-user training on devices, we can offer a flexible program that fits around you.

We can also configure any mobile data devices used in the solution to your business' needs, from software installation through to security settings.

Keeping up to date

In mobile technology, nothing stays the same for long. That's why part of our service is to ensure your solution is kept up to date with changes in hardware and software.

We'll make sure that any software and application updates are installed with minimal disruption. And if it's BlackBerry® you're interested in, we have many years' experience of installing them in complex environments.

We also conduct voice and data audits to check the efficiency of your installation. If system errors are found, we'll produce a report that details both the problem and what can be done about it
